Once the quote is approved, packing dates are scheduled according to your needs and customs paperwork is provided. Our moving coordinators will assist with any inquiry you might have. Customs paperwork and valued inventory must be ready prior to packing.

New packing and eco-friendly materials are used. Packing is performed by professional packers duly trained to handle house hold goods and personal effects. Careful , export type packing of fragile ítems (china, art pieces) is performed to assure their integrity up to final destination. Wooden crates are custom made if needed. An inventory is done in order to check cartons packed are the same cartons delivered at destination.

Shipment is transported to Port/Airport of Departure. EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Necessary documents are submitted to customs authorities to obtain export clearance. This process is done prior to shipment’s departure at Port / Airport of Departure.

Export customs procedures are carried out both at the port and at the airport of departure, complying with all the requirements demanded by the corresponding authorities.

Shipment is transported via sea/air up Port / Airport of entry at destination country.

This process is performed by our destination agent. Shipment goes through customs clearance according to customs regulations/procedures at destination.

Shipment is delivered at final residence by our agent`s packers crew. All major furniture is unpacked and placed according to shipper’s instructions. Debris is removed the same day of delivery.
