We have been in Colombia since 1970 when we were Global Services S.A.


HISTORY


In 1992 we changed our name to Portan S.A. and became funded with 100% Colombian capital. During all these years we have followed the highest standards of professional ethics, quality, security, on a strong financial base. Our services have been offered mainly to multinationals, diplomats and multilateral organizations in Colombia.


Thanks to our experience and professionalism we have moved more than 5,000 families all over the world, to and from Colombia, with the professionalism and dedication that our clients deserve. We have moved not only household goods but lives, dreams and emotions, and as a result achieving great satisfaction not only for our clients but also for our staff.

We have implemented programs of internal consciousness to save energy, water and reduce the ozone layer through the recycling of packing materials which are separated and then sold to recycling companies.
Our policy for supplier selection is also in-line with our policy of eco-sustainability.
We are conscious and sensitive to the social necessities of our country and the commitment a company should have toward the development of a better country for future generations. We support social causes focused on the education for the less fortunate by funding scholarships and contributing to institutions and foundations.
